溏心蛋作法:取2張浸濕的廚房紙巾,鋪在電鍋底部來蒸雞蛋。開關跳起後燜1分鐘,

取出冷水至完全冷卻。將茶葉蛋滷包以水、醬油、酒、糖煮滾後放涼作為浸泡醬汁。

將蛋剝殼後浸泡在醬汁中,放在冰箱中浸泡1-2天,即完成 (一包可滷8隻蛋)
